2. This is an application for regular bail on behalf of the petitioner for the offences alleged under Sections 341, 324, 323, 326, 307, 353, 333, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code, registered in connection with Sessions Trial No. 67 of 2024 arising out of Kochadhaman P.S. Case No. 149 of 2003.

3. As per the prosecution case, co-accused persons are said to have stabbed the informant due to which he sustained injuries. The specific allegation against the petitioner is that he caught hold of the informant.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case and has

The injured did not identify any of the miscreants during his deposition and on this ground, co-accused Manzoor Alam has been granted bail by this Court vide order dated 12.09.2024 in Cr. Misc. No. 63740 of 2024.

Considering the above facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above-named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sessions Judge, Kishanganj in connection with Sessions Trial No. 67 of 2024 arising out of Kochadhaman P.S. Case No. 149 of 2003, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make himself available as and when required by the Court.
