JUSTICE MADHURESH PRASAD ORAL ORDER 11-01-2019 It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that due to inadvertence mention of petitioner no.5 Yugal Kishore Singh in order dated 20.12.2018 as beneficiary of the said order is missing in the order. Though the prayer made on behalf of petitioner no.5 Yugal Kishore Singh was allowed, the same has escaped mention in the order dated 20.12.2018 due to typographical error.

Aforesaid fact is not disputed by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the opposite party. In view of the aforesaid submission, this Court would direct that order dated 20.12.2018 be modified and prayer made on behalf of petitioner no.5 Yugal Kishore Singh along with petitioners no. 2, 3 and 4 be read in the said order as beneficiary

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.72843 of 2018(4) dt.11-01-2019 2/2 of the said order subject to same terms and conditions, as bail application of petitioner no.5 has also been allowed in the said order.

This order is being passed in connection with Hajipur Sadar Police Station Case No. 209 of 2016 pending in the Court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur. (Madhuresh Prasad, J) Shashi.
