JUSTICE MADHURESH PRASAD ORAL JUDGMENT (Per: HONOURABLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE) Date : 13-02-2023 It is the petitioner's grievance in the present writ application filed in the nature of public interest litigation to complete the work of construction of canal in village Nikhatikalam in Raghunathpur Prakhand of Siwan district as also to complete the repair work.

Mr. Ajay, learned G.A. 5, has informed this Court upon instructions that the work of construction of canal is underway and is likely to be completed by June, 2024. In such view of the matter, this application is
