Petitioner apprehends her arrest in Mahnar P. S. Case No.79 of 2017 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 341, 323, 307, 302/34 Indian Penal Code.

Anticipatory Bail Application of the petitioner was earlier dismissed as withdrawn by order dated 28.02.2018 after some argument by counsel for the petitioner.

In such circumstances, this Court is not inclined to entertain this second anticipatory bail application. This application is, accordingly, dismissed.
