2. This writ petition has been filed for the following reliefs:

I). For direction to respondents to appoint the petitioner on the Post of Home Guard at Naugachia on basis of Advertisement No.

2/2011;

(ii). For quashing the memo no. 656, dated 1.9.2022 passed by Commandant Home Guard Naugachia, Bhagalpur.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted

Patna High Court CWJC No.1814 of 2023(4) dt.02-09-2025 2/2 that he will be satisfied if the direction for disposal of the representation is passed.

4. In these circumstances, the District Magistrate, Bhagalpur is directed to dispose of the representation dated 16.08.2022 of the petitioner filed before him within two weeks from the date of receipt/communication of a copy of this order. The representation must be disposed with a speaking order.

5. With the aforesaid observation and direction, this application is disposed of.

6. Let a copy of this order be communicated to the District Magistrate, Bhagalpur through FAX for its compliance forthwith.
