Petitioner apprehends arrest in Maniyari Police Station Case No 220 of 2018 registered under Sections 341/323/324//307/504/34 of Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner and the informant are agnates and that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case due to subsisting property dispute between the parties. He has also submitted that there is case and counter case between the parties.

Learned counsel appearing for the informant and learned APP for the State have opposed the prayer. The informant has suffered injury which, as per the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.65608 of 2018(2) dt.13-12-2018 2/2 injury report, has been opined to be grossly dangerous and caused by sharp weapon. The case, which has been lodged on behalf of the petitioner, has been lodged much after the first information report in which the petitioner has been implicated. The instant first information report has been lodged on 20.07.2018. However, the petitioner has lodged the first information report on 02.08.2018.

Considering the aforesaid submissions, petitioner's prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected.
