1. Heard learned counsel for the parties.

2. The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in connection with Nimchak Bathani P.S. Case no. 229 of 2022 registered under sections 307, 354B, 147, 148, 149, 323, 341, 504, 506, 448 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code and section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, the informant states that sixteen named accused persons including the petitioner herein entered the house of the informant variously armed and started to assault the informant and her family members.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the case. There is no specific allegation of assault so far as this petitioner is

The allegations are general and omnibus in nature and some of the co-accused including Tulsi Manjhi and Nitish Manjhi have been enlarged on anticipatory bail vide order dated 13.9.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. no.67967 of 2024. The petitioner is in custody since 5.8.2024 and charge-sheet has been submitted in the case.

5. The application for bail is opposed by learned A.P.P. for the State.

6. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the general and omnibus allegations against the petitioner in the F.I.R., some of the similarly situated co-accused having been enlarged on anticipatory bail together with the petitioner having remained in custody since 5.8.2024 and charge-sheet having been submitted in the case, the petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail in connection with Nimchak Bathani P.S. Case no. 229 of 2022 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate III, Gaya.
