2. The petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Dhaka P.S. Case No. 272 of 2025 instituted under Sections 126(1), 118(1), 117(3), 109(1) and 3(5) of the Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita.

3. For money dispute, the victim has been brutally assaulted by the accused persons including the petitioners.

4. Considering the serious allegation, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

5. Accordingly, the application stands dismissed.

6. The petitioners are directed to surrender within two weeks from today and pray for regular bail, failing which the Superintendent of Police, East Champaran at Motihari will take all steps for arrest of the petitioners.
