Petitioner apprehends arrest in Bathnaha Police Station Case No 218 of 2018 registered under Sections 379, 427, 504, 506/34 of Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the informant and petitioner are agnates and the prosecution case is lodged on extraneous consideration due to subsisting dispute in respect of property between the agnates. The first information report has also been lodged after a considerable delay of about one month. Petitioner is having no criminal antecedent.
