JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 31-10-2018 Earlier petitioner was granted provisional anticipatory bail vide order dated 3.7.2018 and later on the same was confirmed vide order dated 9.8.2018 passed in Cr.Misc.No. 36110 of 2018 and now this application has been filed for modification of the said order stating that petitioner could not surrender within the time specified and as such time to surrender may be extended. In the facts and circumstances, I am not inclined to interfere with the earlier orders passed by this Court, rather petitioner to surrender and make prayer for regular bail, which shall be considered by the court below keeping in view the fact that petitioner was earlier granted anticipatory bail, and disposed of on the same day, if possible.

With the above observation, this application is disposed of.
