The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Ujiyarpur P.S. Case No. 118 of 2019, registered for offence punishable under Section 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Petitioner is father-in-law of the deceased. It is alleged in the FIR that petitioner along with other co-accused, tortured and killed the sister of the informant due to non-fulfillment of demand of dowry.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. There is no specific allegation against the petitioner of torturing the deceased. Petitioner is in custody since 29.07.2019.

No.65309 of 2019(2) dt.04-11-2019 2/2 Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the above-named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned S.D.J.M., Dalsing Sarai, in connection with Ujiyarpur P.S. Case No. 118 of 2019.
