This application has been filed seeking modification in the cause title of the order dated 05.08.2019 passed by this Court in C.W.J.C No. 8598 of 2019.

3. It is stated that in the said order, the name of the Post Office and Police Station have been wrongly mentioned as Post- Bimwan and P.S- Jagdishpur instead of the correct description being Post- Pachrukhiya and P.S- Piro.

4. In the kind of mistake which has been pointed out in the petition, learned counsel for the State has no objection in carrying out the correction in the order dated 05.08.2019.

5. This Court, therefore, directs that the correction be carried out in the order dated 05.08.2019 and the correct address of the petitioner in the cause title be read as under:- "Mira Devi, wife of Sanjay Kumar Singh, resident of Village- Inarpatpur, Post- Pachrukhiya, P.S- Piro, DistrictBhojpur."

6. Rest of the order shall remain intact.

7. This application stands disposed of.
