2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offence under Section 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is said to have killed his wife.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the marriage was solemnized 18 years back and four children were born out of the wedlock. The petitioner is in custody since 16.03.2023.

5. Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this application for regular bail is allowed.

7. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned S.D.J.M., Bettiah, West Champaran/concerned Court below in connection with Nautan P.S. Case No. 93 of 2023 subject to the condition that:- 7(1). The petitioner shall co-operate in the trial and shall be properly represented on each and every date fixed by the Court and on absence on two consecutive dates without sufficient reason, the bail bond shall be cancelled by the Court below.
