The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with K. Nagar P.S. Case No.43 of 2018 registered under Sections 341, 342, 376/34 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3, 6 and 4 of the POCSO Act, 2012.

Considering the specific allegation made against the petitioner by the informant, a girl aged about sixteen years, that he forcibly lifted her and after confining in a room raped her, I am not inclined to grant him pre-arrest bail.
