The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1.(i) For an issuance of writ of Mandamus directing the respondents for providing the 4th Dynamic A.C.P. which is not sanctioned till this date by the govt. and this is withheld due to pendency of a Departmental Proceeding against the petitioner since 24.06.2014 vide Departmental Sankalp No. 461 (09) and the petitioner is retired on 31.08.2019."

2. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the respondent-
