JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 15-11-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner is apprehending arrest in connection with Sahjahanpur P.S. Case No. 21 of 2017 for an offence under sections 384, 504, 427, 149 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that the allegation against is demand of Rangdari and on failure, threat of dire consequences. He submits that petitioner is a man of clean antecedent and in fact he has been roped in this case by the persons who are indulged in such activities.

Referring to the para-3 he submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he undertakes to extend full

Considering the aforesaid facts including the fact that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent, let the petitioner, named above, be released on bail in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of A.C.J.M., Patna City, in connection with Sahjahanpur P.S. Case No. 21 of 2017, G.R. No. 1203 of 2017, subject to the condition as laid down under section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
