JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 31-10-2018 This application has been filed for modification of the order dated 11.9.2018 stating that in Cr. Misc. No. 48119 of 2018 due to inadvertence name of village and P.S. of the petitioner have wrongly been mentioned as 'village Patepur, P.S. Gopinath' and as such in the said order the same have been mentioned and actually name of village of the petitioner is 'Patepur, Gopinath' and P.S. is 'Pusa'.

In such view of the matter, the order dated 11.9.2018 passed in Cr.Misc.No. 48119 of 2018 stands modified to the extent that name of village and P.S. of the petitioner should correctly be read as 'Patepur Gopinath' and 'Pusa' and four weeks further time from the receipt of this order is allowed to the petitioner to surrender.

This application is, accordingly, allowed.

Let this order be communicated to the court concerned forthwith.
