JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 02-12-2019 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Nawada Bazar P. S. Case No. 331 of 2019, disclosing offence under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

There is recovery of 2.6 liters of foreign liquor from the vehicle of the petitioner.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that he has falsely been implicated in this case, having no criminal antecedent.

Heard learned A.P.P. also, who has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail on the ground of recovery. Having heard both sides, in view of the facts, as stated above, this application is disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to surrender and pray for regular bail before the
