2. Learned counsel for petitioners submits that the petitioners have filed an application dated 28.08.2023 before D.C.L.R., Sonepur, District-Saran (Respondent No.3) for measurement of his land but respondent no.3 has not taken any action. Accordingly, he prays to dispose of this writ petition with prayer for direction to respondent no.3 to dispose of his said application in accordance with law.

3. Learned counsel for the State has no objection to this prayer of the petitioners.

4. In view of the submissions of learned counsel for the parties, this case is disposed of with direction to D.C.L.R., Sonepur, District-Saran (Respondent No.3) to dispose of aforesaid pending application dated 28.08.2023 expeditiously in accordance with law preferably within six months.
