1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "(1) That by this writ application, the petitioner prays for issuance of writ of mandamus directing the respondent authorities to dispose off the representation, as contained in Annexure P-3 of this writ application, by which it has been prayed to open a Government High School at village-Anjani, P.S.-Dhanarua, District Patna over the land admeasuring 6 Acres 42 decimal bearing Khata.no -38, Khesra .no- 217, 218 219, 220, 221, 222,223 and Khata no-39 Khesra.no - 224, Thana no- 125, which was gifted by the father and own cousin uncles of

2. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the District Magistrate, Patna for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.

3. It is needless to state that in case appropriate petition is filed, by the petitioner, before the District Magistrate, Patna, within a period of four weeks from today, the same shall be considered, in accordance with law and a reasoned and a speaking order shall be passed, thereon, within a period of eight weeks, thereafter.

4. The writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
