1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1(i) For issuance of an appropriate writ(s)/ order(s)/ direction (s)/ upon the respondents to give protection of life and property to the petitioners, relating to Survey Plot No.258, Khata No.188, ad-measuring 01 Katha 08 Dhur, situated under Revenue MauzaBalathara, Revenue Thana No. 335, Revenue Circle/ P.S. Basantpur, District-Siwan, over which the petitioners have full right title and possession, however, when they had started construction upon the said land, the respondent no. 11 alongwith some unscrupulous persons started creating disturbance and precluding the petitioners from enjoying the land, which have been duly purchased by them from Fulena Rai (VENDOR) by way of registered sale deed.

(ii) For issuance of an appropriate writ(s)/ order(s)/ direction (s) upon the respondents to give protection to the petitioners so that they may enjoy the land in question, since anti social element are threatening the petitioners."

2. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioners to approach the Superintendent of Police, Siwan for redressal of their aforesaid

3. The writ petition stands disposed off.
