The case of petitioner No. 1/Pawan Pandit is dismissed as having become infructuous in the event of his having been arrested.

The petitioner Nos. 2 to 5 seek bail in anticipation of their arrest in connection with Parbatta P.S. Case No. 305

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.66484 of 2018(2) dt.14-12-2018 2/3 of 2018 dated 19.08.2018 instituted for the offences under Sections 448, 341, 323, 324, 307, 379, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

A fight is stated to have taken place in which the informant and others have been injured.

From the perusal of the F.I.R, it appears that petitioners as well as informant are related to each other. The injuries suffered by the victims of this case are simple in nature. There is a counter version of the occurrence in which the informant of the present case has been made accused. The aforesaid case has been registered as Parbatta P.S. Case No. 307 of 2018.

Considering the general nature of allegation and the background of enmity between the parties as also taking into account that petitioners are persons of clean antecedents, they are,(except petitioner No. 1/Pawan Pandit), in the event of their arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today before the learned Court below, directed to be released on bail on their furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousands) each with two
