Having regard to the fact that the only prayer sought for in the present writ petition is for disposal of the application made by the petitioner dated 14.07.2017 vide (Annexure-P/1) for arms license before the respondent No. 2 herein (i.e., the District Magistrate, Sitamarhi). The present CWJC is disposed of directing the respondent No. 2 herein to dispose of the said application as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
