The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Ben P.S. Case No. 94 of 2017 registered under Sections 420, 467, 471, 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that similarly situated co-accused Rajendra Prasad has already been allowed bail by a Bench of this Court vide Cr. Misc. No. 55726 of 2017 on 30.11.2017.

Taking the same into consideration and having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or
