JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 10-01-2020 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Hathauri P. S. Case No. 27 of 2018 disclosing offences under Sections 147, 149, 341, 342, 353, 355, 504 and 283 of IPC.

As per F.I.R. the petitioners and other accused persons have created the road blockage, due to the death of a child and in spite of the intervention by the police, they abused and attacked the police party.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners is that except they are named in the F.I.R., no specific allegation has been attributed against them.

Having heard both sides, considering the above submission, this application is allowed. Let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of Sri Deepak Kumar, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Muzaffarur, in connection with Hathauri P. S. Case No. 27 of 2018.
