2. Learned counsel for the State is present and submits that earlier this Court has passed an order of provisional release of vehicle (Maruti Swift VDI) bearing Chassis No.MB3FHEB155A20539 pending confiscation proceeding.
3. In the facts and circumstances, this writ application
Patna High Court Cr. WJC No.2149 of 2017 dt.07-05-2018 2/2 is dismissed as not pressed in so far as it relates to the prayer made in paragraph-1 (i) of the writ application. The order of provisionally release shall operate till disposal of the confiscation case bearing no.171 of 2016 with liberty the petitioner to challenge confiscation order in accordance with law.
