2. The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Siwaipatti P.S. Case No. 94 of 2025 dated 02.06.2025 instituted for the offence punishable under Sections 126(2), 127(2), 115(2), 74, 303(2), 118(1), 117(2), 109(1), 352, 351(2), 3(5) of the Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.
3. The prosecution case, in short, is that on the alleged date of occurrence, when the informant was cooking food in her house, the petitioner and other accused persons, armed with iron rod, lathi-danda, entered her house and started assaulting her and her family members. Allegation against the petitioner is that he assaulted the informant by means of iron rod due to which

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and he has been falsely implicated in this case. It is further submitted that both the parties are agnates. The injury is simple in nature as would appear from the impugned order. Lastly, it has been submitted that petitioner has one criminal case against him.
5. On the other hand, learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner.
6. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, in the event of arrest / surrender of the petitioner within a period of six weeks from today, in connection with Siwaipatti P.S. Case No. 94 of 2025, he will be released on bail upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate(East), Muzaffarpur subject to condition as laid down under Section 482(2) of the B.N.S.S., (Khatim Reza, J) premchand/- U T
