JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 18-12-2018 The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Daraundha P.S. Case No. 113 of 2018 dated 12.06.2018 instituted for the offences under Sections 147, 149, 341, 323, 324, 307, 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

In view of the general nature of allegation against all the accused persons including the petitioner and the specific accusation of giving a brick blow on the son of the informant by one Yogendra Yadav, the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.69146 of 2018(2) dt.18-12-2018 2/2 bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousands) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, II, Siwan in connection with Daraundha P.S. Case No. 113 of 2018, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. While saying so, this Court has taken note of the fact that a similarly situated co-accused person has been granted anticipatory bail by this Court.
