2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 127(2), 115, 109, 85, 352, 351(2)/3(5) of B.N.S., 2023.

3. The case of the prosecution, in short, is that the informant was married to the petitioner 10 years ago. She is also having three kids out of the wedlock. It is further alleged that from the last six months, the petitioner is subjecting her to physical and mental cruelty and she is being assaulted badly. It is also alleged that the petitioner has also attempted to kill her by electrocution.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that from perusal of the order of the learned Trial Court, it is

No.71888 of 2025(2) dt.13-10-2025 2/2 clear that the injured has suffered mildly displaced fracture in right nose bone and left sided facial and peri-orbital soft tissue hematoma. It is also submitted that nature of injury is simple. The petitioner is in custody since 15.06.2025.

5. The learned APP has vehemently opposed the bail application.

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rs. Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M., 5th (West), Muzaffarpur in connection with Deoriya P.S. Case No.122 of 2025.
