JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 10-10-2018 Learned counsel for the petitioner is given permission to make necessary correction in the modification application.

This application has been filed for modification of the order dated 11.07.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 32029/2018, by which petitioner has been granted anticipatory bail in connection with Ariyari (Kashar) P.S. Case No. 140/2016 to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Sheikhpura. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that due to illness petitioner could not surrender within time. He has enclosed medical certificate, which has been annexed as Annexure-1 to the modification petition.

In view of such, six weeks' further time is granted to the petitioner from the date of receipt of copy of this order to surrender before the court below and, in that event, the court

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.63517 of 2018 (2) dt.10-10-2018 2/2 below will release the petitioner on bail as per terms and conditions mentioned in the order dated 11.07.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 32029/2018.
