Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 458, 364, 506, 302 of the Indian Penal Code, Section 27 of the Arms Act as well as Section 17 of the Criminal Law Amendment Act. According to FIR, the nuxals surrounded the house of the informant and abducted his father and took him to the house of co-accused Kanti Devi. Thereafter, dead body of the victim was found. The petitioner is also under suspicion to be involved in the murder because the petitioner had lodged a rape case against some co-villagers and deceased have favoured covillager in the litigation. No.55395 of 2017 (5) dt.31-01-2018 2/2 petitioner is suspicion and the petitioner is a female having no criminal antecedent, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Chutiya Police Station Case No. 36 of 2010, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
