Petitioner is in custody in connection with Biraul P.S. Case No. 65 of 2019 for the offence under sections 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been made accused only on suspicion. He is in custody since 10.5.2019.

In the instant case Rs. 5 lakhs was looted by the miscreants.

Considering the fact that petitioner has remained in custody for six months, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the

No.72387 of 2019(3) dt.06-02-2020 2/2 petitioner, let the petitioner, named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 1,00,000/- (One lakh) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Biraul, Darbhanga, in connection with Biraul P.S. Case No. 65 of 2019. The court below is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same on day-to-days basis within a maximum period of six months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.

In the event, the petitioner is found causing delay in disposal of the trial, the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
