Case No.355 of 2017, which has been dismissed in default on 08.08.2018 for non-compliance of the peremptory order.

This Court does not find any justifiable reason to restore the aforesaid application.

This restoration application is, accordingly, dismissed.

However, the petitioner, if so advised, may file fresh anticipatory bail application, which would be considered in accordance with law.
