The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Kusheshwar Asthan P.S.Case No. 231 of 2017 registered under Sections 302, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Considering the gravity of the offence as also his involvement in the commission of murder of Nitish Kumar and the police may require his custodial interrogation, I am not inclined to grant him pre-arrest bail.
