The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Chenari P.S. Case No. 103 of 2019, registered under Section 366(A) of the Indian Penal Code.
The accusation is that petitioner, who runs Natraj Dance Academy at Chenari, called the daughter of informant Dharmendra Sharma on mobile. Thereafter, daughter of informant went there on 09.04.2019, but she is traceless. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, in fact, daughter of informant used to come at the Natraj Dance Academy of the petitioner and according to sweet will she left for Mumbai along with the petitioner in search of job, but with ulterior motive, informant lodged the present case.

No.66980 of 2019(3) dt.18-02-2020 2/2 Further submission is that due to non-availability of proper job, the daughter of the informant returned from Mumbai and her statement was recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C. in which her age was assessed as 17 years and due to pressure of her parents, she stated that she was taken to Mumbai by this petitioner and after keeping there for two days, she was taken by the petitioner at Gujrat, where job was also provided, but during that period, the petitioner developed physical relation, forcibly, with the daughter of the informant. In the medical examination, the age of the victim, daughter of informant, has been assessed in between 18 to 19 years. Further submission is that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 06.07.
2019 and, after investigation, the Chargesheet has also been submitted against the petitioner. Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M-IV-cum-S.J-XII, Rohtas at Sasaram in connection with Chenari P.S. Case No. 103 of 2019.
