The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Ghanshyampur P. S. Case No. 27 of 2018 registered under Sections 272 and 273 of the Indian Penal Code and 30(a) and 38(i) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. Considering the recovery of huge quantity of illicit liquor from the possession of one Bhagwan Deo Yadav, who disclosed the name of the petitioner as one of the active participants in the alleged offence, I am not inclined to grant
