This application for grant of regular bail arises out of Agamkuan P.S. Case No.383 of 2022 (Sessions Trial No.48 of 2023) registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302 & 120-B/34 of the Indian Penal Code. 3.

The petitioner is accused of committing murder of the deceased along with other co-accused. The petitioner is also accused in five more criminal cases of serious nature. Out of which, two cases are under the N.D.P.S. Act. 4.

Considering the nature of allegation as well as the criminal antecedents of the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant the petitioner privilege of regular bail for the present.

Accordingly, this bail application is rejected. If there is no substantial progress in the trial, the petitioner may renew his prayer for bail.
