The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for offences under Sections 30 (A) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.
It is contended that, as per allegation, 27 litres of Nepali Soufi Wine was recovered from the possession the petitioner. Petitioner claims that he is having clean antecedent and is in custody since 17.07.2017. Considering the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released

No.53520 of 2017(2) dt.09-11-2017 2/2 on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Sessions Judge-VII-cumSpecial Judge, Excise, East Champaran at Motihari in connection with Chhauradano (Mahuawa) P.S. Case No. 169 of 2017 (Ex-742/2017) with a condition that if the petitioner, after his release in this case, is again found to be involved in criminal case of similar nature, the court concerned would be at liberty to take steps for cancellation of his bail bonds.
