JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 04-12-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 394 of the Indian Penal Code.

The name of the petitioner came in confessional statement of apprehended accused Raju Paswan, save and except the aforesaid statement there is nothing against the petitioner. Moreover, one co-accused Lal Babu Chaudhary having similar allegation has already been granted bail by learned Additional District and Sessions Judge, VIIth, Rohtas, Sasaram in B.P. No. 801 of 2018.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Dehri, Rohtas in
