This application has been filed for directing the respondent authorities to recover the victim girl, namely, Moni Kumari who has been kidnapped by the private respondents in connection with Gogari P.S. Case No. 153 of 2016. On 11.10.2016, the sister of the petitioner, namely,

Patna High Court CR. WJC No.1542 of 2019(4) dt.12-05-2023 2/2 Moni Kumari, aged about 20 years had gone to Durga Temple with her parents for worship. When the parents of the victim girl were worshiped, she was standing outside of the gate of the temple. In the meantime, she has been traceless which results aforesaid F.I.R had been lodged.

The State has submitted that the victim girl, namely, Moni Kumari has been recovered and one of the accused has been arrested.
