ABHISHEK REDDY ORAL ORDER 24-06-2025 Without going into the merit or demerits of the case and having regard to the fact that the petitioner is having an alternative and effective remedy of filing a complaint before the Divisional Commissioner, Tirhut Division, Muzaffarpur, the present writ petition is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to approach the Divisional Commissioner, Tirhut Division, Muzaffarpur within a period of three weeks from today.

2. On such complaint being filed, the authority concerned shall consider the same on its own merit duly putting

The entire process to be completed as expeditiously as possible within a period of 12 weeks from the date of filing of the complaint by the petitioner.
