2. Petitioners apprehend arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 308, 354, 504, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per prosecution case, petitioner no. 1 assaulted on the head and neck of informant with lathi. It is further alleged that these petitioners along with other co-accused persons attacked informant on his head with knife.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners are innocent and have committed no offence. Allegation of assault against petitioners is general and omnibus
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.73543 of 2025(2) dt.05-02-2026 2/2 and there is no allegation of any specific overt act against them. Petitioners claim clean antecedent.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposed the bail application.
6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, this anticipatory bail is allowed and it is ordered that let the above named petitioners in the event of their arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of eight weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhubani in connection with Pandaul P. S. Case No. 77 of 2024, subject to condition as laid down under Section 482(2) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) Navya/- U T
