JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 13-12-2019 After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present petition, filed for grant of anticipatory bail, with liberty to surrender before the learned court below and avail the privilege of regular bail. Accordingly, the present petition stands disposed off as not pressed, however, with the aforesaid liberty to the petitioner.

It is needless to state that the learned court below may consider the order dated 29.08.2019 passed by a coordinate Bench of this Court in Criminal Misc. No. 52851 of 2019, at the time of considering the prayer of the petitioner for grant of regular bail.
