Petitioner is accused in connection with Matiyaria P.S. Case No. 08 of 2019 registered under Sections 302 and 201/34 of the I.P.C.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. There is no material in the whole case diary against the petitioner. This is a case of suicide. It is also submitted that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 24.02.2019.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two
