2. The petitioner apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence under Section 302 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution story, on 12.05.2024 the informant got information that her daughter is hanged on a tree and the son-in-law of the informant and his father have already escaped from their house. It is further alleged in the F.I.R. that on 11.5.2024 in the night the daughter of the informant was assaulted and abused by her husband as well as other family

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.72895 of 2025(3) dt.03-12-2025 2/2 members. The informant suspects that during this period her daughter could have been killed and hanged by her husband and in-laws.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case and there is no eye-witness to the alleged occurrence.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail and submits that the petitioners are named in the F.I.R. with the accusation that these petitioners along with co-accused killed the daughter of the informant. Deceased died due to strangulation.

6. Considering the nature of accusation, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners is rejected. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) P.K.P./- U
