2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Chakai P.S. Case No. 190 of 2021 registered for the offence under Section(s) 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 307, 325, 379, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is said to have assaulted the victim.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. Petitioner is in custody since 01.08.2025. The occurrence has taken place because of land dispute between the parties. He further submits that there are general and omnibus allegations levelled against the petitioner.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, this application for regular bail is allowed.

7. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial MagistrateV, Jamui/concerned Court below in connection with Chakai P.S. Case No. 190 of 2021.
