The petitioner is in custody in connection with Pipra Koti P.S. Case No.155 of 2016, a case under Sections 304B/120B of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner is of commission of dowry death of the daughter of the informant. Husband of the deceased is already in jail. There is general and omnibus allegation of demand of dowry and torture for the same. Petitioner is in custody since 11.08.2017.

Considering the aforesaid specially the fact that the petitioner is a female, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.56439 of 2017 (3) dt.05-02-2018 P2/ Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court-below where the case is pending in connection with the aforesaid case, with condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
