The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Kahalgaon P.S. Case No.497 of 2018 registered under Sections 420, 413, 414, 489A, 489C, 489D, 489E and 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

Regard being had to the recovery of huge quantity of fake currency notes from one Pintu Kumar, who disclosed the name of petitioner as one of his active associate, I am not inclined to grant him pre-arrest bail. The application is rejected. (Ashwani Kumar Singh, J.) Sanjeet/- U T
