2. The petitioners have preferred this application for grant of regular bail in connection with Bhagwanpur P.S. Case No. 20 of 2025 dated 22.01.2025 registered for the offences punishable u/ss 126(2), 115(2), 308(3), 352, 351(2), 118(1), 334(1) read with Section 3(5) of the B.N.S.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioners armed with iron rod, lathi and pistol are alleged to have entered the coaching center of the informant and assaulted the students and teachers and also demanded Rs. 10,00,000/- as extortion money.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in this case. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioners. As per the injury report of the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.72408 of 2025(2) dt.18-11-2025 2/2 injured, the injuries are simple in nature. The petitioners have two criminal antecedents in which they are on bail as stated in para 3 of the bail petition. The petitioners are in custody since 25.08.2025.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition of the petitioners.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case as well as the period of custody, the petitioners abovenamed, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court concerned, Begusarai in connection with Bhagwanpur P.S. Case No. 20 of 2025 with the condition :- (i) The petitioners are directed to remain physically present before the learned Court below on each and every date, failing which on two consecutive dates without reasonable cause, the bail bonds of the petitioners are liable to be cancelled.

7. The application stands allowed.
