2. The petitioners seek regular bail in connection with Bounsi P.S. Case No. 22 of 2022, lodged under Sections 341, 323, 307, 326, 504, 506 and 34 of the I.P.C.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the bail application of the petitioners has earlier been rejected vide order dated 02.09.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 26956 of 2022 in which liberty was granted to renew their prayer for bail one year after framing of charge.

4. Counsel for the petitioners submits that charge has already been framed on 24.09.2022 and one year has already

5. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail and submits that report has been called for.

6. Upon perusal of the report, it transpires that the prosecution evidence have been closed and case has been pending for statement under Section 313 of the Cr.P.C.

7. In the present facts and circumstances of this case, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners. Therefore, the bail application of the petitioners is hereby rejected.

8. However, trial court is directed to conclude the trial within 3 months.
